TelePlay

I got 26 of the 28. Couldn't afford an Atari and didn't need MySpace, but I did have a TRS Model 1.

I certainly don't need a list to check off to know I'm older, LOL!

25 out of 28 you can guess which 3.  ;D

tubaman

Still do quite a few of those  ::)

I too know I am old. I get reminded every day when I get out of bed.

I checked off all but one. I never was on MySpace.

Can't be that bad, I got 21 points on that list. Many I still do often, minus Blockbuster of course.

dsk

Maybe I am too old, because I have not heard about all of these things, or maybe Norway did not have those.
All of them that I know what is has been used.

Not a bad list, but .. I remember the magneto phones in use, I have used steam-engines for powering a saw mill, (and a boat)
I can remember some of the apartments in Oslo city having outside toilets in the back yard.

Blockbuster ??  I have rented VHS films, is that a score?  Even  filmrolls of 16mm.
Ed Sulivan was never sent on the single TV channel available when I grew up.
Myspace was not available in Norway, but we were pretty careful when that strange "Internet" thing came. :-)
Columbia House, never heard about, but ordering things on postal services by sending the order by regular mail...Yes
The AOL was pretty equal to START here. (Early Email system)  i upgraded to G-mail when I was invited during the fist year of G-mail.

All but 3:
- MySpace (I had my own site/domain/email going way back)
- Columbia House (I saw it as a scam)
- Had an AOL account (see the first item)

(Technically 4: I've written a check, but not a cheque...) ;)
A phone phanatic since I was less than 2 (thanks to Fisher Price); collector since a teenager; now able to afford to play!
Favorite Phone: Western Electric Trimline - it just feels right holding it up to my face!

Cursive - Don't know what that is
Ed Sullivan - not in my country (but I think too early a tv show anyhow)
MySpace - No. Not sure what that is
Walkman - couldn't afford one but got one of the cheaper copies when they were made
Columbia House - never heard of it
AOL - never had one (is that for email)

You left out "Listened to phonograph records".

Yup, I'm old!  I still have and use a Dial Telephone, still write in Longhand, my wife still types on her typewriter!

Wish I still had my typewriter but, I still do listen to phonograph records (Vinyl some Bakelite, LOL!).

I think it is more a question of how old our souls are versus age from birth. To me AOL and MySpace are not even that old.
