How configurable is the forum software? (Is "Personal text" length increasable?)

To moderators:

How configurable is the forum software?  Can the limit on maximum "Personal text" length be increased?

Today, I was playing at updating and correcting my forum profile and tried adding a "personal text".  Right now it looks like what you see under my avatar to the left of this post, but I would like to make it into something closer to an haiku form (with 5, 7, 5 syllables), by changing the last line to:

   And old telephones

(for 5 syllables).

It appears that the "Personal text" length is limited to a maximum of 50 characters and I would need six more to get what I want in the last line.

(And, yes, I know that pterosaurs were not really dinosaurs but I want my username to allude to the fact that projects can be made to "soar" with Arduinos, as well as to the fact that I am "getting up there" in age, so ...)

Can the "Personal text" length-limit be increased a little bit to, say, 60 characters?

BTW, for those who may be unfamiliar, Arduino refers to a family of programmable microcontroller development boards for controlling electronics.  They are very easy to learn and program.  I am currently working on my own version of a "RotaTone" like device to convert pulse dialling to DTMF and am using the Arduino development environment to program a microcontroller chip.

Thanks and best regards,
   Ed ("The DuinoSoar").
