The arrangement of the holes and the feet are like on a German W48. The ivory colored ones came either with a silvery or ivory baseplate. They came out of a number of factories, so that details may vary.

...It's the beige color that puzzles me in that metal bases so drilled are black coated metal. Could be a plastic phone so drilled...

This is where I didn't trust what I seen because of my colorblindness and photo quality.
The roughness didn't seem right either but, I went for it.

Mine has a wooden column, but you know the French makers took care never to build 2 identical phones.
