Something needs to be done about that joint.  Now they are mis-representing cheap knock-offs as real Western Electric phones.  How can they be stopped?  Is there any way to put the word out about them?

It's a large commercial business offering items for sale. Their address at 965 North Main Street, Orange, CA 92867 is a store front too small to hold even a very small portion of the things they are offering from sale on their web site, FaceBook, Amazon and other point of sales sites.

Much of their signs and other stuff are repros but the phones seem to have been "original" to start with and then mostly painted, plated and wired to work in some way that is not described. The prices are very high for unknown quality items. Maybe some of what they show for sale are consignment items, don't know.

If all of the stuff shown are their products, they spent a lot of time and expense getting "junk to what is seen on their web site (so a D1 doesn't have a subset, hey, they could have used a mini network with a warbler or just hot wired it as some members do to get it "to work."

Caveat emptor.

And no one can really do anything "about that joint" without the real possibility of being served with some sort of defamation law suit from one of their lawyers.

Certainly not a telephone perfectionist's preferred seller.

I sure wish we could organize a boycott of them.
