Am not in the UK, what is a swapmeet?

You swap stuff for phones, no money changes hands?
What sort of stuff gets taken along to swap?
What did you swap?

Or have I got all that wrong....  :-[

FABphones, it's just a term used to describe personal sales of items, that people meet at a given location periodically, also claled a Flea Market.. On a smaller scale, a personal sale would be a Yard Sale.

In the US it would be a phone show. Phones for sale, trade or display.

Primarily, the swap meet is to sell what you no longer need or things you do not want.
