Hello all,

I have a rather hodgepodge of a phone.  It looks like a Leich 90, has the extender base with ringer and a dial, but has a #19 induction coil.  The wiring is a mess with many disconnected wires so of course doesn't work.

I'd like to get this to work if possible.  Is there a way to make the #19 induction coil work with common battery?

take a Picture of it, need to verify the model.

Erikd, we're you able to get your Leich 70 working with the No. 19 condenser with dial?  I have a similar telephone and haven't had any success with it.

I do not have such phone, but I did look at the diagram and will suggest that you try to short/strap terminal 1 and 3, and the sema with 2 and 4, then switch the handset cables on terminal 6 and 8.  Ten conect the line... and then it should work, but probably with a low volume on the receiver.

Another idea is to connect the cb line to the terminals no 3 and 4 and try if that is OK. No battery, no straps. 🙂
