Please help identify this.dial

I got a dial in a GTE TYPE 80 E I can't identify..it has two LED lights I think its a touch pulse pad # TD-20 made by EMP.

I've been looking for information with no results so far.

If any CRPF member is familiar with this type dial, please message me.

In the sevond picture the number reads
AW-45-2004-00,REV.2

The second picture got flipped, and I couldn't correct it.
