I don't endorse breaking into abandoned buildings, but from this video, there are pay phones in the abandoned Montgomery Mall at 2899 E. South Blvd. Montgomery, AL.

Timestamps showing pay phones:

- 10:37
- 11:26 (Probably same phone as the one at 10:37)
- 18:40
- 21:07

Pay phone pictures from Portland Union Station. The station seems like it hasn`t been updated since 1956 with it's wooden benches, neon signs, wooden phone booths, and other items in the station. There is 1 Qwest Millenium pay phone in a bank of 8 booths and 1 former TDD/TTY pay phone, and it does make and receive calls (although it doesn't ring).

At the Grossmont Center Mall, there is at least one working pay phone (as of 2022). The timestamp for the pay phone is 2:01. The phone has a Southwestern Bell handset, and a AT&T collect calling sticker but it seems to be a GTE 2200 style phone though.

Some phones from Fredricksburg, Texas and San Antonio, Texas.

Photo 1: A GTE 2200 phone at Sunset Village convenience store. I'm pretty sure this works, since it made an audible "click" sound when it was picked up, but it smelled like a public ashtray, so I didn't fully check for dial tone.

Photo 2: Instruction card for the phone in Photo 1

Photo 3: Former pay phone, now free-phone* at the San Antonio Airport B-Terminal (I think)

Here's the PTS phone near the Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, and Subway at Rockefeller Center. It had no dial tone when I tested it, however it was reported to work in February, 2025.

Quote from: Westrex on July 06, 2023, 03:36:02 PMThere's also a black K6 phone booth, a nice one too, at the Tower of London, but the handset has been cut (I'll post pics later). More phones can be found near 60 Strand Street, 429 Strand Street, the Queensland Govt. Offices (Strand WC 2), 5 Great Newport Street, 8 Great Newport Street, 206 Essex Road, and 208 Essex Road. I don't know if the 208 Essex Road, the Strand Street, and Great Newport Street phones work or not, but I've noted their locations here.

I guess I forgot to post pictures of the Tower of London payphone, but here is one.
