I have a bell manual, it shows some technical information.
But it doesn't break it down with values.
But I suppose one with the knowledge, could figure it out knowing voltages floating around the dial.
But it's also the duel coil type dials, not the newer chipped dials. But again, one with the knowledge could figure values of various components. I had a radio shack repair guide for telephones. I don't know if I still have it, but it had schematic information on tone dials, both old and new.
I'll have to take a look and see it I still have that. Of course it's most likely on the web some where.

Dear Key2871:

I'll Google search that and see what comes up.

I keep a hard copy of this thread on my workbench but can't fiqure my 46 opg 3 1987 pad.  From above:

"ITT 4600 OPG, OPD, OPA dials

Orange & Black- C on network.
Green& White.  - C on network.
Red & Green.   - R on network.
Blue.          - GN on network.
Black.         - R on network.
White.         - E1 on network w / White handset lead.
Green.         - F on network.
Red.           - E2 on network w/ Red handset.
Orange.                - insulate and store.
Slate.                 - insulate and store."

My 46 OPG3 pad is 11 leads with a red&white lead in addition to all those listed above. It also had  two spade connection lugs in the back which are empty. There are not really two lugs but a single paired one with two parking spaces connected. I have looked for a while now and did an AI dive which told me to connect red&white to "c" on the network. I have tried several random variations including hooking silver-brown from switch hook to the back but I cannot get dial tone unless I remove the pad and revert the remaining switch hook and network connections to manual. Any thoughts?

I don't know if Ken's info is correct. However, he does show black to RR, not R

Also, you probably need to install one or both tip and ring on the back of the dial (if the 46OPG is like the 42PG): Tip is the slate-green switchhook lead (may now be on  F) and ring is the slate-white (may now be on C).

thank you I will try the switch hook wires on the back and report. The "R" instead of "RR" was my typo. I was using RR.
