Requesting Programming/Owners Manual for CYT CY-764TX Desktop Payphone

Seeking information on this New-Old-Stock desktop payphone I picked up recently. It's a CYT CY-764TX desktop style payphone, and it has a lot of configurable jumpers on the inside.

Very curious if anyone has documentation on this phone, as I'd love to know what all I can program it to do.

In it's current configuration, it is doing 25¢ per minute for all calls, with no minimum or maximum. The credit card functionality it is purported to have doesn't work, but I'm not quite sure what the original intent of that was anyways.

Have you been successful at locating a manual for the Model CY-764TX ?  I purchased the same payphone recently and am in need of a manual too.
