Just wondering IF anyone could tell me if a ht801 Grandstream ata adapter can work with the Text Now website    That Ihave on my computer now. I can make & receive calls with my text now number, would like to use a 2nd line for my rotary phones. looking online but seems to be a bit complex for me to configure the ata adapter. Text Now has no one you can directly speak to. There were some directions online but for me to follow. Any help would be appreciated

TextNow uses an App for use on your mobile phone. You cannot use it with an ATA as it is not VOIP. I have not even been able t get it to work correctly, over bluetooth, using a Cell2jack adapter.

Would like to have a ATA set up for my rotary dial phones on a secound line, Could I use callcentric number  with a 801 Grandstream ? Is this complex to set up ? any tips appreciated

Callcentric's website says they support the HT802 (801 is just a single line 802), so the answer is yes, and there is  setup information available here:

I have a new 701 grandstream ATA adapter I want to get call Centric services. Should I get outbound calling or inbound calling to link to Google Voice to be able to call out from my rotary dial phones that will be connected to my second line. So I would like to know if my linked phone number would let me dial out using inbound call on call Centric. Also Is it simple to configure The HT701 to rotary dial phones to work. Any input would be helpful.

Try out Callcentric, or maybe Localphone.  Works well for me.
