Here are a couple of items of ephemera from the Western Electric Seattle Service Center after the new facility opened in Kent, WA.  There is a ruler, with a picture timeline of telephone models on the front and an oven mitt.  It opened around 1966.  To determine where it was located, I found the address on an envelope.  Here are a couple of screenshots from Google Maps.

It appears that the facility is currently used by Puget Sound Energy.

Incidentally, the envelope contained a bunch of keychains featuring the new Touch-Tone Trimline phone (10 button).

Before 1966, the Western Electric Service Center was located in Seattle on Airport Way, between Holgate and Massachusetts Streets.  The building is currently a mixed office building.  I can't verify it, but I think it is probably the same building, though it has been remodeled extensively.  There is still a Century Link service garage attached to the North side of the building.  The 1966 Seattle telephone directory confirms the address.
