Passing of Steve Hilsz

I don't know if this has been posted here or not.
I got a phone call from Barb Hilsz, that Steve Hilsz (81) had passed away this morning (3-1-26).  The cancer was further along than they thought.  Barb and their daughter Lorie were there. Lorie lives in PA.

Steve was a founding member of ATCA (#22) and TCI.  Steve was known for his wealth of telephone knowledge. Also know for his "dial repair".

There are no words to express how I feel about the loss of my best friend, and my telephone hunting trip buddy.  Many of you have heard of our MANY trips over the last 30 years.  Our last one was in June of 2025.

Yes, Steve was not a member of the forum.
