Dear CRPF:

II was recently able to obtain a SC/Comdial 2500 set with the newer 35A11-NEU dialpad.

I transferred it's network and dial into my Empress; I've done it before, but I've been a little rusty on how....

Since my Empress has an GTE Styleline hookswitch, that throws me off a little because I'm used to dealing with 7 to 9 lead "industry standard hookswitches" wiring..

I left the dial connections and other connections except the hookswitch in place when changing the components.

One thing that puzzled me is there was an extra "K" terminal,  between it and "G" there was a slow blow fuze I hadn't seen on SC networks, but had on Cortelco sets.

If anyone on CRPF has comments and feedback regarding wiring a GTE hookswitch,SC dial and network together, I'd enjoy finding out what they know,

ATC combined components such as these, but weren't great at documenting how they did it.

I attached the diagrams to show how the SC/Comdial dials were wired, I don't have diagrams for the GTE hookswitch was put into the Empress.
