Dear CRPF:

I am in need of the black inserts Decotel used when they put direct wire handset or line cords on Candlestick and Empress sets; it fits into the openings that accept handset or line cord jacks.

I believe the one for handset cords is slightly smaller than the one for line cords.

Currently, I  have two installed on one Empress, and have one for line cords left.

Does anyone know where I can locate some of these, please?

Also, there are metal brackets made to hold direct wire cords inside the Decotel phones; would anyone know where I can find those as well?

Sorry about the pic quality, the insert is hard to get a good picture of.

Please let me know,
