special reproduction parts

does anyone know if Old Phoneworks in Canada is trying to make reproductions parts that are hard to find? I wrote them once about dial adapters to convert rotary sets to touchtone. they said they didn't have any, are they trying to reproduce them at all? I did an experiment and tried to switch out the dial mounts on a 564 only to discover the rivet holes are different as well as the mount style. I really would love to find a few sets of dial adapters....
