CB Linear Amps & Stuff- I think this set up may have angered the FCC

So i was at a yard sale nabbed a stack of CB stuff  cause old cb stuff is always fun, I used to be on the radio when i was much younger. 

All have these transistors in them  Toshiba 2SC2879


According to a cb guy i know this would push 4000W.   I remember in high school the guy down the road was running all kinds of power.  anytime he would key up,  youd hear it through your tv radio and other things.  Mysteriously he somehow ripped his antenna down and drug it to the bar one night driving drunk. 

Rumor has it peeps were getting tired of his power and may have hooked a steel cable from his tower to his trailer hitch and well he drove to town drunk with it behind him.

The Bird wattmeter is a good find,any other "slugs " with it? .Being a radio person.no way 4000w
