Another candlestick to ID. Can't track down a match.

Looks like Western Electric from the BTMC factory. Missing what was probably a 7000 series dial.

What is written on the tag?

There is a faint stamp on the rear side/top of the transmitter cup (nothing on the perch), possibly:  ??30ACB

I can't make out the wording on the tag.

I have to agree with Jack. This is a BTMC model 23677. I've seen these before. I think I have literature somewhere and will look for it later.
The base is the same for both models, with plugs to be removed for adding the dial on the 73677 model.
I think these were only made for the European market. If we had better clear photos of the name plate we could probably interpret what it says.

A better photograph of the tag might help - the resolution is too low.

These were used in Europe, the UK (Original Tele No 1), Asia and probably other places.

This is a BTMC transmitter element - close. If it even has its original element.
