Transmitter Arm

Howdy Folks,
Does anyone recognize the maker of this transmitter arm? Found on a WE Cabinet Desk set, it appears to have been in place for a long time, but screw holes underneath confirm it is not original.  Thanks in advance.

Best Telephone Mfg Co. 1894 - 1897, some of the arms are stamped on the side with raised letters others are not.
