I saw this protel tester on eBay today. I know nothing about it.

I saw one just like it a couple weeks ago.
Then I checked back and it was gone.

Interesting, it looks like it simulates a coin line. I haven't seen something with that capability before.

Seems to be similar to a BK 1045 but with added coin features. It was a nice deal at $100 + shipping. Shipping to me was a bit high at $25.00. but I would of paid the  $125 delivered for this unit.
Gary, are you the new and current owner of this tester?

Does anyone have a copy of the manual for the Protel TEC-20 tester?

I'm still looking for a manual for the Protel TEC-20.  I can figure out how to use it to test an ordinary telephone, but I would like to know how to use the coin features, etc.

I have 5 TEC=20's and also a pdf file I made for the unit from a hard copy. I used to work at Protel for 14+
years. If anyone is interested in purchasing one of these, I am selling them. The will run as a B1 or Coin line.
