Hey everyone,

I've started building my COCOT out some bits from the hardware store, parts from Triad Universal, and Payphone.com. So far, I've got the faceplate, upper window, coin return lever, and printed instruction cards.

I'll post updates along the way of building this thing.

More parts received. For anyone interested in also building their own pay phone, the dimensions of a GTE 120C (which I'm modeling this phone after) are 21 inches long, 7 5/8 inches wide, and 6 inches deep.

Parts as of now:

- Faceplate
- Instruction Card Window (Upper)
- Instruction Card Set
- Coin Return Lever
- COCOT board
- Keypad/Hook switch assembly
- Coin Acceptor
- Cradle Hook
- Coin return chute

Project Update: After doing some research about grounding & mounting everything, I'm probably not going to build a housing from scratch, rather use one from an actual GTE 120 (but don't worry this isn't a complete phone and I'll save the parts). According to the manual for an Elcotel Series 5, it's supposed to be mounted in a GTE 2200 (I think that's the model number, in any case it's the one that looks like a Bell System phone) housing, but since this is a project, I'm going to try and mount it in a 120 housing anyway  ;).
