Triad Inc. Ordering Question

I'm considering ordering parts from Triad, but I am wondering if the prices there are up to date as of November, 2023. Does anyone know if the prices are up to date, since the pages were last updated in 1998?

That looks like a very old web site.  Maybe you should email or phone them to see if they are still in operation.

I did email the webmaster about it. Their phone number (1-800-735-6597) does connect to a company called Triad Universal, and they appear to still operate, and provide phone parts and services, but I've not called in their business hours, since I was busy.

I called them during their business hours. You can still order pay phone parts from them, although a receptionist did say they don't do web ordering (at least not anymore).
