Pay Phone Wiring Help

I picked up a Bell Atlantic pay phone and need help hooking up the phone line to it.  On the included picture where would I connect the green and red wires lines coming from my phone line. Which are the Ring and Tip connections?

The tip and ring do not get connected at the network. They connect on the chassis.
