Identify Nortel Millenium Board version

Please help me to Identify Nortel Millenium Board version. Does this board supports Smart Card? Terminal has yellow card reader and it is appear to be contacts for smartcard.
The Original terminal firmware version was 06CAA17, I have installed 1.9 firmware(NBA1F02) then reinstall terminal and tried to test smart card.
Even The magnetic strip card test option is available and card reads fine, smart cards are not readable. The option 728(SmartCard Test) is not available(unknown menu item) either..

What I am missing?
