Not a telephone tool per see but a tool that is a great adjunct to working on and photographing telephone stuff, especially dark to black plastic housings.

Over the years I've used microfiber towels with anti-static sprays or a 70 PSI air compressor to remove dust particles.

Then I tried "air in a can" dusters, which are hard to control and can leave condensation in the item's surface.

Then I found this MECCO rechargeable duster/vacuum online for about $25.

It comes with a lot of tools for use on electronic board and parts which I've never used.

I just use it to send a strong flow of air over a phone just before snapping a picture. Works great, no more need to digitally touch up images to remove dust particles.

Over the long run, cheaper than "air in a can" and more convenient than lugging an air compressor around. And, if needed, it's a strong vacuum for tight electrical or phone applications.

Just passing this along should anyone else like to put up dust free images on eBay listings.

Got mine with free shipping through Walmart, still available as of today thru their web store). Google "MECO Air Duster Vacuum" for other sellers (prices range from $25 to $80). It's a great shop tool.
