Replacing damaged AE 40 base screw

I had to replace a damaged AE40 Base screws with a 10-32 replacement cut to match the original screw length.

The replacement is a round head screw, which fit and threaded in without problem.

I finally got the AE40 screws I needed from Tom H.

Somehow, they got an unexpected tour through the postal system..they showed up yesterday.
